Cardinal Home Inspections is owned and operated by Bob Piwko, owner of Bob Piwko Building & Remodeling. He has over thirty years of experience in residential and commercial construction, including building new homes, remodeling, and repairs. His background offers a wealth of experience for you to draw from.
Bob has conducted thousands of home inspections, completed the Home Inspection Training Certification and has attained his Master Home Inspector Certification. He is a member of ASHI® (American Society of Home Inspectors, and active in the Western New York chapter), He has passed the National Home Inspector Proficiency Test and the American Society of Home Inspectors Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics Exams. He is licensed to practice in NYS.
Cardinal Home Inspections is an authorized inspector for the MoistureFree Warranty (MFW) program. After inspection and any necessary repairs of a home made with stucco or EIFS cladding, your property can receive a MoistureFree Warranty. It is a certificate that assures realtors, homeowners, and buyers that the home is FREE OF MOISTURE today and for the life of the warranty. In conjunction with being a MoistureFree Warranty service provider, Bob Piwko is a member of the Exterior Design Institute (EDI).
